Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has admitted that he would like to be reunited with AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The pair worked together during their days at Inter, winning three Serie A titles.

The Swede also has the reputation of winning the league with the club that he plays for, having done so on eight consecutive occasions - with Ajax, Juventus, Inter, Barcelona and AC Milan.

His two triumphs with Juve, however, were later revoked due to the Calciopoli scandal.

But now the Italian boss has admitted that he would "immediately" find a way to fit the Swede into his squad, should the forward be willing to make a move to Eastlands.

"If Zlatan wants to come to City, I would immediately find him a place," Mancini said in The Sun.

City have secured a top four spot in the Premier League this season, and are looking to end their trophy drought in the FA Cup final against Stoke City this weekend.
